From day one, Sarah went above and beyond in ways we never could have expected. During our inspection period, she coordinated roofing vendors and helped keep everything moving seamlessly. While my husband and I were juggling work & I was in my third trimester of pregnancy, she happily played with my daughter so I could focus. She even rolled up her sleeves to help us prepare our home for sale: cleaned out our sliding glass door track, realigned the sliding glass door so it opened properly, hand-mulched our front landscaping, and even brought her own leaf blower to clean our back patio. No task was ever “beneath” her if it meant helping her clients. When negotiations became incredibly stressful and we were exhausted and ready to walk away, Sarah stayed up well past midnight advocating for us and navigating contract negotiations with our buyers. I can honestly say I’m not sure our home would have sold without her dedication and persistence. She even went the extra mile by installing soft-close cabinet hardware for the buyers to help get the deal across the finish line. We only had to have one open house & we’re under contract within 4 days. She also made closing completely stress-free by recommending an outstanding mobile title company that came directly to us—a huge convenience as full-time working parents. She provided wonderful referrals for us for any vendor we could have needed including moving services, painters, screen repair vendors, landscapers.. you name it and made every step of the process feel effortless. What has impressed us most is that her support didn’t end once the contracts were signed. Even nearly 2 months after closing, she’s continued helping us navigate a nightmare warranty issue with the LG washing machine in our new home. That level of commitment is incredibly rare. Sarah’s background in social work shines through in everything she does. She genuinely cares about people, listens, advocates fiercely, and always approaches every situation with patience, positivity, and professionalism.
